Bees are released in the field between 10% bloom and near peak bloom.
Does timing make a difference in final seed yields?

Notes:
Growers vary in the time relative to bloom that they aim to release bees in
their fields The standing crop of open flowers will be considerably higher
at peak bloom than at 10% bloom. As we’ve seen, the distribution of
numbers of flowers per raceme should also be very different when standing
crops are different.
